The care provided by the team has been amazing for both my Mum and my Dad who were both residents here. We were always made to feel very welcome and could see how much the team members supported and looked after Mum especially who was a resident for over 5 years.

It was a very sad day, but the team were extremely sensitive and discrete and looked after dad with love and care.
