Staff Nurse

Do you have a passion for caring for the elderly and a commitment to excellence?

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team at Ashton House. In this fulfilling role, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional care to our residents.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification
• NMC registration required (IELTS and OET scores a plus)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans for residents
• Assess and monitor residents' health, including vital signs and medication management
• Administer medication and other treatments as prescribed
• Respond effectively to emergencies and ensure resident safety
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff members
• Maintain accurate medical records
